Multi-Ply Belts
For belt lines carrying coarse materials falling from big heights or causing a great amount of impact on the belt, we offer Multi-ply belts with more than 3 layers. These belts are suitable for aggregate/bulk-material handling as they are resistant to the great amount of force.
The extra durability is maintained with a carefully structured carcass, showing very low elongation. They can be manufactured from 3 to 6 plies, starting from EP 500 up to EP 3600. These belts are available for all cover grades, including heat resistant, flame resistant, oil resistant, acid resistant and cold resistant.
