Slider (Friction-Back) Belts
Slider belt conveyors are built with steel beds that are covered by a conveyor belt to provide a smooth surface. This helps to reduce friction.
Slider belts are used for the conveyor systems that lack any rolling structure like top idlers. Instead, these conveyor installations have wood, metal or plastic plates on the side.
Slider belts are manufactured with low friction and high wear resistance due to its construction. They are generally designed for minimal maintenance and a long operational life.
These belts are most commonly used for the transportation of individual items and packages. These belts can be provided for Fish Bone Chevron type as well. (please check our chevron catalogue for the shape)
